Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital as a CT Technologist, where you will produce high-quality cross-sectional images and ensure patient safety throughout CT procedures. You will interpret orders, administer contrast, position patients, and coordinate with PACS/RIS systems to deliver accurate diagnoses.

Minimum qualifications include ARRT RT(R) (CT) certification within one year, BLS, state licensure, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT RT(R) (CT) certification within one year of hire.
• BLS certification and current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Check and prepare patients prior to CT study.
• Acquire chart data and verify study aligns with diagnostic needs.
• Maintain safety and comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients about the procedure and equipment.
• Administer contrast media within scope of practice.
• Operate CT equipment and manage image routing via PACS/RIS.
