Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
  • 1–3 years of experience beyond staff radiographer level.
  • ARRT radiologic technologist registration preferred upon hire.
  • ARDMS CT registration preferred; 1 year CT experience required.
  • BLS or ARC CPR certification preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams.
  • Adhere to regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection.
  • Be a vital team member contributing to patient and family care.

Scope of work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications
  • Required Associate's Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level.
  • Preferred CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
  • Preferred CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
  • Preferred CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
