Job summary

Qualifications

• MA Radiologic License required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Heart Saver certification within 60 days of hire.
• Competence in CT imaging and patient care.
• Excellent customer service and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient identity and demographics; prepares patients for imaging.
• Performs CT exams with accurate exposure factors and proper tracking.
• Ensures data in RIS/PACS is correct and study releases are timely.
• Operates CT scanners and reports equipment issues promptly.
• Maintains aseptic technique and monitors radiation safety (ALARA).
• Mentors students and supports non-imaging functions as needed.
