Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all functions of the CT Technologist.
• Rotates through daily workflow including organizing the day, patients, orders, labs, and ensuring the schedule for the next day is completed.
• Reviews patient orders, questionnaire forms and labs prior to scanning.
• Competent in venipuncture and in Point of Care Testing.
• Responsible for performing all CT exams including drainages and biopsies.
• Identifies patients properly prior to scanning and prepares them for exams.
• Follows departmental protocols to obtain high quality exams with the lowest possible radiation dose.
