Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Needham is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to perform CT exams and support X-ray duties as needed. You will follow department protocols for infection control, scheduling, documentation and patient education while maintaining complete records for radiologists.

The role requires appropriate radiography and CT credentials, ARRT registration, and a basic life support certification, with 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensed radiologic technologist with radiography and CT credentials.
• ARRT radiography registration is required.
• MRI/CT credentials or registry-related qualifications may be needed.
• BLS certification required.
• 0–1 year of related clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams and assist with X-ray as needed.
• Adhere to departmental guidelines and infection control.
• Schedule and document exams with accurate records.
• Quality control on equipment and safe contrast administration.
• Educate patients and collect complete medical records for radiologists.

Education

MA Licensure in Radiography and Computed Tomography

ARRT in Radiography

Registration MA Rad Tech-Compted Tomography

Certificate 1 Basic Life Support
