Job summary

Required are a radiologic technology program, ARRT CT certification/eligibility, and a current state license with BLS. CT experience preferred. This role offers a stable full-time schedule in a dynamic imaging department.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT registry eligible or certified in CT; CT certification preferred.
• Current unrestricted license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of CT procedures and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Verifies physician orders and performs imaging procedures per protocol.
• Operates imaging equipment and ensures diagnostic image quality.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains patient comfort.
• Reviews patient images prior to transmission for quality standards.
• Maintains regulatory standards and performs routine quality control.
• Assists in departmental operations and coordinates staff schedules.
