Job summary

UC Health is seeking a Registered CT Technologist to join the Radiology team at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform diagnostic CT exams, ensure image quality, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma environment.

Responsibilities include patient positioning, contrast administration, adherence to protocols, and education of students. ARRT CT certification, active Ohio license, and CPR are required or preferred depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have ARRT CT registry and active Ohio license.
• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program is required.
• Strong patient-care and safety-oriented approach essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma-centered radiology environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations with high image quality.
• Position patients and ensure safety measures to protect against radiation.
• Administer IV contrast and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Operate CT equipment and adjust protocols as directed.
• Support education and supervision of students in clinical setting.
• Collaborate with radiologists and team to ensure timely exams.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in QA programs.
• Adhere to departmental policies and ongoing CE requirements.
