Qualifications
Associate’s degree required.
1–2 years of experience preferred.
Registered with ARRT and current state license required.
Completion of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
Must pass CT registry.
Must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to physician orders.
Communicate clearly with patients and team members.
Operate equipment with precision.
Review images for quality and diagnostic acceptability.
Prepare and administer contrast media.
Practice sterile techniques and assist with emergency procedures.
