Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Verifies physician orders and procedures for accuracy.
• Operates CT equipment and completes imaging procedures per protocol.
• Explains procedures to patients to ensure understanding.
• Reviews images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Maintains quality control and complies with regulatory standards.
• Adapts to patient needs and supports department operations.
• Assists in mentoring junior staff and students.
