Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Cobb County is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and provide compassionate patient care. You will perform CT exams, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires ARRT-R/ARRT-CT certification, BLS, and an accredited Radiologic Technology program, with 1+ year radiology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and ALARA principles.
• Explain procedures and prep to patients using AIDET to reduce anxiety.
• Maintain infection control and clean/disinfect rooms and equipment.
• Complete accurate documentation in RIS/PACS and ensure image finalization.
