Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. The role is a full-time, day shift position with a strong emphasis on accuracy, patient comfort, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform CT procedures, ensure patient safety per ALARA, document findings in RIS/PACS, and participate in maintaining equipment and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification.
• ARRT-CT certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Maintain clean, sterile rooms and report equipment issues promptly.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers before exams.
