Job summary

HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is seeking a Florida-licensed CT Technologist to join the imaging team on a full-time basis. You will perform diagnostic CT exams with care, ensure quality images, and communicate with radiologists and staff to support patient-centered care.

The role requires ARRT certification, Florida CRT licensure, and BLS, with 1–3 years of diagnostic radiology experience in an acute-care setting. On-site work with on-call responsibilities is required.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed CT Technologist
• ARRT certification required
• Active Florida CRT license (CRT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1–3 years diagnostic radiology experience in acute-care setting

Responsibilities

• Select technical factors and perform CT exams accurately and compassionately
• Operate CT scanner, contrast injector, resuscitation equipment, laser filmer, and teleradiology system
• Assist in contrast administration and related procedures
• Position patients and ensure modesty and safety; use equipment properly
• Record clinical information, obtain consent, and complete MEDITECH fields
• Produce high-quality CT images for interpretation
• Stay current with software protocols and ongoing education
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and care teams
• Check equipment, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies
• Accept on-call and call-back duties as needed
