Job summary

HCA Florida Englewood Hospital is seeking a Florida-licensed CT Technologist to join the Radiology team on a full-time basis. The role requires ARRT certification and Florida DOH licensure (CRT), plus BLS.

You will perform a range of CT exams, manage contrast media, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures. The position emphasizes high-quality imaging, adherence to protocols, and teamwork with radiologists and caregivers, while maintaining equipment and accuracy in

Qualifications

Florida-licensed CT Technologist required.
Current ARRT certification and Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Select technical factors and perform diagnostic CT exams accurately and compassionately.
Operate CT scanner, contrast injector, resuscitation equipment, and teleradiology system.
Assist in administration of contrast media and related procedures.
Position patients to ensure safety, modesty, and optimal imaging.
Document clinical information and obtain informed consent; complete MEDITECH fields on time.
Ensure high-quality CT images and follow software protocols.
Maintain equipment and room cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
