AdventHealth is seeking a CT Technologist in Riverview, FL to perform high-quality CT scans following orders and protocols. You will review patient history, administer IV contrast when indicated, position patients safely, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.

The role emphasizes ALARA principles, documentation in EMR/PACS, and patient education while maintaining efficient throughput and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Performs high-quality CT examinations per orders and departmental protocols.
• Reviews patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and administers IV contrast.
• Positions patients accurately while maintaining radiation safety and ALARA.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure proper imaging and patient care.
• Maintains EMR and PACS documentation.
• Educates patients about the exam and maintains workflow.
