Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with CT training to perform CT exams, operate scanners and injectors, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. You will document in the EMR and PACS and educate patients about the exams.

Requirements include ARRT RT(R), BLS, 1+ year radiology experience or CT training, and a high school diploma with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT RT(R) license required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year radiology experience preferred.
• CT training program completed.
• English language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations and operate CT scanners, injectors and monitors.
• Follow infection control protocols and radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
• Document all procedures accurately in EMR and PACS; educate patients about exams.
