AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations and support patient care. You will review patient history, administer IV contrast, and ensure safety and accuracy in documentation.

The role requires operating CT equipment, maintaining ALARA standards, and collaborating with radiologists and staff to deliver timely, compassionate imaging services to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher education in radiologic technology.
• ARRT RT(R) license preferred and BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams following orders and protocols.
• Review patient history to confirm exam appropriateness.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast with safety monitoring.
• Operate CT equipment safely while ensuring ALARA principles.
• Document procedures accurately in EMR and PACS.
• Educate patients about exams and procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams.
