The position requires an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, and BLS; CT experience preferred. NOC shifts, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week contract with extension potential are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT preferred.
• Current state radiologic technologist license where applicable.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience; CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain CT procedures to patients and address questions.
• Maintain radiation protection practices and monitor image quality.
• Review scans for technical quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $2,385 - $2,685 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
