Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high‑quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, maintain ALARA standards, and ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.

You are a credentialed radiologic technologist with ARRT-CT and ARRT-R, BLS, and at least one year of radiology experience. The role offers a day shift with competitive hourly pay and shift differential, plus Wellstar’s Education and career progression programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology
• ARRT-CT certification and BLS required

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and ALARA principles.
• Explain procedures and alleviate patient anxiety using AIDET.
• Verify orders and identifiers before exams; ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and manage equipment cleanliness.
