Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare in Carbondale seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to provide high-quality imaging in a busy department. You will perform CT scans, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiologists and the PACS team.

The role requires an associate degree in Radiology or certification, ARRT (CT), CT Registry, IEMA licensure, and BLS. You will work on-site in our radiology department and contribute to department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiology or certification required.
• ARRT Certification in Radiology (CT) preferred.
• CT Registry required or eligible.
• IEMA Licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT imaging procedures.
• Uses PACS system correctly.
• Assists in clerical and office duties to maintain department efficiency.
• Checks CT schedule with Radiologist to verify scan protocol.
• Maintains IV/Contrast competency.
