Job summary

Hartford HealthCare invites applications for a CT Technologist at our cardiovascular center in Norwalk, CT. The role includes diagnostic CT procedures and collaboration with physicians to support diagnosis and treatment, with weekend/holiday rotation in Bridgeport.

Requirements include CT certification within 12 months of hire and graduation from an accredited Radiography program; CT licensure by CT DPH is required before employment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed by the CT Department, required before hire date.
• ARRT CT certification due within 12 months of entry date.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a cardiovascular walk-in center.
• Select exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields for accurate images.
• Assist radiologist or PA in complex invasive CT examinations with proper sterile technique.
