Hartford HealthCare is expanding its Cardiac Evaluation Center in Norwalk, CT. We are seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT procedures at a cardiovascular walk-in center and assist the radiology team with high-quality imaging.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT required within 12 months of job entry date.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures at a cardiovascular walk-in center according to established protocols to assist diagnosis and treatment.
• Utilize correct exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields to produce technically accurate cross sectional images.
• Assist Radiologist or Physician's Assistant during complex invasive CT examinations with proper sterile technique.
