Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Norwalk, CT seeks a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a dedicated cardiovascular walk-in center, collaborating with radiologists to produce high-quality images.

You will operate CT equipment, select exposure factors, and assist in complex examinations, with ARRT CT certification required within 12 months and licensure from the CT Department of Public Health.

Qualifications

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the CT Department of Public Health before hire date.
• CT Advanced certification by ARRT required within 12 months of entry date.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic CT procedures at a cardiovascular walk-in center.
• Select exposure factors, algorithms and scan fields to produce high-quality cross-sectional images.
• Assist Radiologist/Physician's Assistant in complex CT examinations with proper sterile technique.
