Job summary

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams with strict adherence to ALARA principles and radiation safety. The role reports to the radiology team and supports patient-centered care in a high-volume, teaching hospital environment.

You will work evening shifts at Dearborn, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and safety. A sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 is available for external hires and new grads.

Qualifications

• JRCERT-accredited radiography program completed.
• 1 year of relevant CT experience
• 1–3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level
• Preferred CRT- Radiologic Technologist ARRT
• CRT-CT ARDMS required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams following ALARA and safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety during procedures.

Scope of Work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications Required

• Associate's Degree Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience
• 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level.
• Preferred CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
• Upon Hire required CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
