Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Part-time Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology exams in a team-based environment. You will adhere to radiation protection principles and participate in the hospital's safety culture, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited radiography program with ARRT RT certification and obtain ARRT registration within 180 days of hire, plus BLS either from AHA or ARC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT RT registration required within 180 days of hire.
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration (ARRT) required within 180 days of hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology.
• Follow radiation protection regulations and safety standards.
• Be a collaborative member of the Diagnostic Radiology team.

Scope of Work

As a Radiology Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology while following regulations and principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• Training gained at student level. Required
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required
• CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
