Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform a variety of CT procedures across patient populations with limited supervision and under supervision from the Special Imaging Supervisor and Radiologists.

Your responsibilities include proper patient positioning, selecting scan protocols, transmitting images to PACS, and assisting radiologists in CT-guided procedures while maintaining radiation safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• MD Stat Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist; CPR required.
• Certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography.

Responsibilities

• Position and secure patients on the CT table.
• Select technical settings and scan protocols.
• Transmit images to PACS for interpretation and records.
• Assist radiologists during CT-guided procedures.
• Ensure complete and signed patient records; uphold radiation safety.
