Atrium Health Union in Monroe, NC, is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT exams and operate scanners according to departmental protocols. You will manage IV contrast, monitor patients, and support radiologists and radiology staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires ARRT radiology certification (CT registry preferred or NMTCB) and CPR, with patient safety and accurate documentation as top priorities.

Formación

• ARRT radiology certification required or NMTCB nuclear medicine with CT registry.
• CPR certification required.
• Regulatory compliance with radiation safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Verify orders with Radiologist and address discrepancies.
• Identify patients and prepare them with explanations for procedures.
• Obtain complete medical history from EMR and correlate results.
• Operate CT scanners and document contrast administration.
• Maintain equipment and sterile technique; assist in invasive procedures.
• Rotate shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
• Document orders and charges in radiology computer system.
