Job summary

Atrium Health Union in Monroe, NC is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures in accordance with departmental protocols. You will operate CT scanners and related equipment with a high level of proficiency, including IV contrast injectors, monitoring equipment, and post-processing workflows.

You will verify orders, prepare patients, document medical history, and collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff to ensure safe, accurate imaging and timely results.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiologic technology certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Graduate from a program recognized by ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders for each patient.
• Operates CT scanners and related equipment per protocol.
• Prepares patients, explains procedures, and assists during exams.
• Records patient data and documents contrast administration per policy.
• Collaborates with radiologists and nursing staff during imaging procedures.
