Responsibilities

• Verifies physician order and procedure to assure accuracy.
• Operates imaging equipment per protocol (including IV placement).
• Explains procedures to patients to ensure understanding.
• Reviews images for diagnostic quality before transmission.
• Performs timely quality control and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Assists in departmental operations (inventory, staffing, maintenance).
• Adapts to diverse patient populations and maintains professionalism under pressure.
