Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
• Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) certification.
• Hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect pertinent medical information and review physician's order.
• Explain procedure to patient and ensure consent form is signed.
• Position patient and administer contrast as required.
• Monitor patient reaction and respond to adverse reactions.
• Perform scanning procedure and log pertinent information.
