The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school, certified as a CT Technologist, and holds a Basic Life Support certification. This position plays a critical role in the diagnostic procedures and requires excellent patient interaction skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
• Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Collect pertinent medical information and review physician’s order.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure consent.
• Position patients and administer contrast as required.
• Perform CT scans and modify parameters for optimal visualization.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues.
