The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school, certified as a CT Technologist, and holds a Basic Life Support certification. Qualifications
Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB accredited school.
Registered CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT).
Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
Collect pertinent medical information and review physician’s order.
Explain procedures to patients and ensure consent.
Position patients and administer contrast as required.
Perform CT scans and modify parameters for optimal visualization.
Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues.
