Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computerized axial tomography procedures, administer contrast, and ensure patient safety. The role requires coordination of patient flow, attention to detail, and the ability to review cases with radiologists as needed.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate's Degree or Radiologic Technology credentials, ARRT CT registration within 1 year, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must assess and improve work environment.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures and invasive procedures; reviews case with radiologist.
• Administers IV contrast and oral/rectal contrast when appropriate.
• Ensures patient, visitor and environmental safety; maintains equipment and supplies.
