Carle Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT procedures, administer IV and oral/rectal contrast, and ensure patient safety. The role includes reviewing cases with radiologists, maintaining imaging quality, and supporting staff during downtime.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree and ARRT CT/ Radiography registrations with BLS. A sign-on bonus is available and the team emphasizes quality patient care across Illinois facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (IEMA)
• Registered in Radiography (R) within 1 year (ARRT)
• Registered in Computed Tomography (CT) within 1 year (ARRT) or CNMT within 1 year (NMTCB)

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures and administers contrast per protocols
• Reviews cases with radiologist and ensures accurate imaging
• Maintains patient safety and reports adverse reactions
• May lead CT imaging team in absence of supervisor
• Maintains equipment and supplies per department guidelines
