Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled CT technologist in Massachusetts to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care. You will perform CT procedures, ensure accurate data collection, and maintain records within a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires ARRT or NMTCB certification, Massachusetts license, and strong communication skills. You will work with a supportive team to ensure patient safety and optimal imaging quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
• ARRT or NMTCB certification in diagnostic CT.
• Massachusetts license.
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care services and related functions in support of the department.
• Performs CT scan examinations appropriate to patient age.
• Gathers clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
• Completes records, paperwork and billings.
• Establishes IV access for contrast injection.
• Positions and transfers patients appropriately.
• Completes exams and performs QC on images.
• Maintains orderly inventory.

Job description

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiological program
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision
• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families
