Job summary

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans under Radiologist supervision, serving diverse patient populations from pediatric to geriatric.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT (R) and CT registration preferred.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist credential required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiology.
• One year CT experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Provide care to a patient population from pediatric to geriatric with developmental considerations.

Job Summary and Qualifications

***This position is located at HCA FL Osceola Hospital, located at700 W Oak St, Kissimmee, FL 34741

***The shift for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9p-7a

Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs all computerized tomography scans on various portions of the body to assist the medical staff in the detection of abnormalities. Performs duties and functions as a CT and Radiology Technologist as assigned. This position requires providing care/service to a critically through sub-acutely ill pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support the hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) and (CT) preferred
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiology
