HCA Florida Osceola Hospital seeks a CT Technologist for the Downtown Emergency location in Orlando. The role performs CT scans under the supervision of a Radiologist and serves a wide patient population from pediatric to geriatric, contributing to diagnostic accuracy and patient care.

Eligibility includes BCLS within 30 days, ARRT Registry, Florida radiologic technologist license, and CT experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, patient-centered work

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT Registered Radiographer (R) and CT certification preferred.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiology.
• One year CT experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT scans on various portions of the body under Radiologist direction.
• Provide care to pediatric through geriatric patients in alignment with hospital mission and core values.
• Support hospital Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) goals.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Radiologist, performs all computerized tomography scans on various portions of the body to assist the medical staff in the detection of abnormalities. Performs duties and functions as a CT and Radiology Technologist as assigned. This position requires providing care/service to a critically through sub-acutely ill pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support the hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

***The shift for this position is:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 7a - 730p

What qualifications you will need:
