Job summary

HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform CT imaging procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images, prepare patients, obtain consent, and explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires certification and training in radiologic technology, with on-going updates to CPR/BLS within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential required.
• Certificate or High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scan equipment to produce quality images for diagnosing conditions.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and explain procedures.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The CT Technologist works in the inpatient and/or outpatient setting performing a variety of CT Scan imaging procedures used to diagnose medical conditions. You will operate the CT scan equipment to produce quality images for detecting pathology and abnormalities in patients. You will obtain consent, prepare patients, and explain the procedure to them.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Certificate, or High School Graduate / GED
