Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet in Joliet, IL seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT scans, ensure image quality, and maintain patient safety in a fast-paced radiology department. Training toward CT certification is available for the right Radiologic Technologist.

ARRT-CT certification or radiology credentials are preferred; BCLS required. Night shift, full-time hours, hourly pay range $38.20–$52.95, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT Certification is required.
• Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Hourly Rate: $38.20 – $52.95 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Nights, 8 hour per shift
