Job summary

Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging, support diagnostic care, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. This PRN role offers a per diem schedule and a fast-tracked hiring process.

The position requires ARRT-CT certification, state radiology licenses/permits, and BCLS certification, with priority given to candidates possessing radiology experience and proficiency with PACS and digital

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety
• Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate
• Process and transmit images to PACS
• Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

Pay Transparency

Holy Family Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00 to $49.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
