Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso is seeking a CT Technician II PRN to operate CT equipment, position patients, perform reconstructions, and ensure quality imaging with patient safety in mind.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, ARRT (R) certification, and current BCLS, with an Associates Degree and knowledge of axial anatomy. This PRN position supports radiology services across shifts and departments.

Formación

• Knowledge of axial anatomy.
• Ability to determine exposure factors to achieve optimum radiographic images with a minimum exposure to patients.
• Ability to position patient and adjust equipment to produce desired radiographic images.

Responsabilidades

• Operates CT equipment to make radiographic scans of designated portions of body.
• Instructs and explains procedures to patients.
• Records and maintains data on systems and logs.
