Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department is seeking a CT Technologist to join the team. You will produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided procedures in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Required are ARRT credentials, an active Ohio radiographer license, and BLS. Night shifts (7pm–7am), 60 biweekly hours, every other Sunday; external applicants may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
