Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla Imaging department seeks a CT technologist to join our on-site team. The role involves 80 hours per pay period with afternoon/evening shifts (11:00 AM–9:45 PM, 3:00 PM–1:45 AM) and alternating weekends and holidays.

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with 10-hour varied afternoon and evening shifts (11:00 AM-9:45 PM and 3:00 PM-1:45 AM). The position includes alternating weekends, holidays, and participation in the on-call rotation with staff. Located at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• BLS from the American Heart Association.
• CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. Certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
• 1-2 years of CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in CT by ARRT
• Cardiac experience

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
• New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
