Job Overview

New Hire Incentive is available for up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) working varied 8-hour shifts. Potential starting times are 7:30 AM or 10:00 AM. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

Hiring Incentive Eligibility

• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
• New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

Retention Incentive Criteria

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• CRT
• FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE)
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• ARRT
• C-Arm experience
• Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
