Job summary

Methodist Hospital Stone Oak, part of the HCA Healthcare system, is seeking a CT Tech II to perform post-processing on CT data sets and support CT and MRI workflows in a busy imaging department.

You will ensure quality control, coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance, and assist in establishing QC/QA protocols while delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or Computed Tomography (CT) or Radiography (ARRT-R).
• Associate Degree or Certificate in radiologic technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs post-processing on CT/MRI data sets and maintains QC measures for the 3D Lab and imaging department.
• Demonstrates knowledge across CT, MRI, 3D post-processing, positioning and technical factors.
• Communicates effectively, prioritizes tasks, and mentors staff while delivering quality in-services.
