Job summary

Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a CT Tech II to perform diagnostic CT imaging and related procedures. The role requires careful patient positioning, contrast administration, and adherence to radiation safety standards.

The technician will support education initiatives, supervise student technologists, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering high‑quality care in an on‑site setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of CT experience is required.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an approved Nuclear Medicine program.
• Current Florida RT licensure and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-quality CT images with proper patient positioning.
• Ensure radiation safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform contrast administration and venipuncture as prescribed.
• Supervise student technologists and participate in training.
