Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Columbia, SC is seeking a CT Technologist to join a collaborative outpatient imaging team. You will prepare patients and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic scans, working alongside radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualified candidates are ARRT-certified in CT and radiography, with applicable state licensing as required. No overnight shifts and a supportive total rewards package are offered in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT).
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• CT Technologist will assist physicians in diagnostic/therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

What You’ll Do

The CT Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the CT equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
