Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Novant Health, is seeking a CT Technologist for outpatient imaging. You will prepare patients, operate CT equipment, and work with radiologists and clinicians to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT).
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist will assist physicians in performing diagnostic imaging by preparing patients and operating CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

What You'll Do

The CT Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the CT equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
