Job summary

MedQuest Imaging, a Joint venture under Novant Health, seeks a CT Technologist for its Columbia, SC outpatient imaging team. You will prepare patients, operate CT equipment, and assist radiologists to acquire diagnostic scans in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography program.
• State licensure where required by state law.

What You'll Do

The CT Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the CT equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in CT – RT(R)(CT)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
