Job summary

A leading health care provider in Atlanta is seeking a CT Technologist II. In this role, you will specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostics. Responsibilities include performing advanced CT imaging, providing patient care across all age groups, and technical diagnostics under the guidance of a supervising radiologist. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program with at least one year of CT experience. Full-time position available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (CT).
• Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT).
• BLS certified.

CT Tech II – Piedmont Hospital

Position: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist II

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

• Specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross‑sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients.
• Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
• Perform advanced CT imaging (Cardiac and Vascular) and demonstrate competence with cross‑sectional anatomy and physiology.
• Provide more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (CT).
• Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT).
• BLS certified.
