Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week onsite contract in Barrington, IL. The role involves day/evening shifts, performing CT procedures, IV starts, and contributing to patient care in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have RT(R)(CT) credentials, BLS, and experience with EPIC EMR. On-call rotation and weekend coverage are expected per unit needs.

Department Information:

• Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 required, 3 preferred
• Will you accept a first-time traveler: yes if well qualified

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• BLS
• RT (R)(CT)
• IEMA

Skills required: IV starts, stroke and chest pain work ups, trauma

Support within the Department:

• Hospitalist 24/7
• Intensivist 24/7

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC
• Department specific Equipment: Client CT scanners. Experience required

• NE
• Precepted shifts: 1 week

Scheduling:

• On call: Yes 8-week rotation, discussed in interview
• RTO: Manager to approve
• Schedule cycle: 8 weeks
