Emerson Hospital is seeking a Section Leader of CT reporting to the Director of Imaging Services to oversee the CT Department across Emerson Health System campuses.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT CT, MA licensure, and at least five years in CT with supervisory experience. You will guide protocol standardization, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business, Public Health, or Health Care Administration preferred.
  • 5 years' experience as a CT Technologist required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current ARRT CT registration and Massachusetts radiologic technologist licensure required; BLS healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the CT Department across Emerson Health System campuses.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and hospital personnel to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance development.
